Smoke tar coats the fabric fibres. A solvent pre-treatment dissolves the tar, then extraction removes it.

Curry, fried food and grease travel through the air and settle on fabric. A degreaser pre-treatment lifts the oils.

1 · Identify the Source
Odour is a symptom, not the problem. We find the source — urine, smoke, mould or food — and treat the cause, not just mask the smell.
2 · Deep Clean First
Deodoriser can't penetrate dirt. We deep-clean the sofa first — extraction removes the soil that traps and feeds the odour.
3 · Enzyme Treatment
For biological odours (pet urine, vomit, sweat), an enzyme treatment breaks down the organic molecules at the source.
4 · Ozone or Solvent
For smoke and chemical odours, an ozone treatment or solvent flush neutralises the tar and chemicals trapped in the fibres.
5 · Anti-Microbial
For musty/mouldy odours, an anti-microbial kills the mould spores in the foam. This stops the smell at the source.
6 · Extract & Dry
A final extraction flushes out the broken-down odour molecules. Speed-dry in 3–4 hours. The smell is gone, not masked.
