Service Bookings

By booking a cleaning service with Magic Clean Singapore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing and Quotes

Prices listed on this website are indicative. A final quote may depend on the size, material, condition and location of the item. We will confirm the price with you before starting.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations within a short period before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the items to be cleaned and to ensure reasonable access to the location and items.

Access to the Property

You are responsible for providing safe access to your home or vehicle, including parking where needed. Please remove fragile or valuable items from the immediate work area.

Cleaning Results

We use professional methods to achieve the best possible result. However, not every stain can be removed — some permanent dyes, bleached areas or long-standing damage may not return to their original state. We will be honest about what is achievable.

Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or defects. Please inform us of any known damage or fragile areas before cleaning begins.

Stains That Cannot Be Removed

We do not guarantee that every stain can be removed. We will advise on likely outcomes after inspecting the item.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
